Rocket Executive Archer having an early morning smoke.
I always imagined that the Team Rocket executives had tattoos underneath their suits in the manner of the yakuza (actually, the full-body tattoos are rather out of vogue - They're still around, though). I wanted to draw something based in the visual language of irezumi and the traditions of those tattoos, adapted to the fictional universe. I think I did pretty well, but never again, even though I planned to do all four executives and Giovanni. My hand was so cramped!
